ClarityIQ Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

ClarityIQ is a Shopify app operated by ComplyIQ LTD ("we", "us"). ClarityIQ analyzes a store's refunds and return reasons and suggests changes to product descriptions that could prevent returns. This policy explains what personal information ClarityIQ processes when a merchant installs it, why, and what rights merchants and their customers have.

Our role

For data about a merchant's customers, the merchant is in control of that data and we process it on the merchant's behalf, only to provide ClarityIQ. For data about the merchant's own account, such as the store email address, we are responsible for it.
